There may not be an overwhelming amount of educational content on YouTube... but occasionally I find something. I knew that I could click the "Share" button beneath a YouTube video to grab the URL address for it. For example, there is a video of Timothy Gower's lecture about The Importance of Mathematics.
I have the Beta version of RealPlayer (version 11), and now when I hover my mouse cursor over the YouTube video, I see a RealPlayer menu pop up with the option to Download this Video. Pretty handy for me... I can then save the video to my computer, and use during presentations as backup (in case the Internet connection goes down), or even consider posting in a Blackboard course site (as long as it is not copyright protected).
